Role DescriptionThe Design Specialist is responsible for creating and executing visually compelling designs that enhance brand identity and communication across multiple platforms. This role involves developing creative assets for digital, print, and multimedia projects while ensuring consistency with the organization’s visual standards. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic—combining strong aesthetic sense with technical expertise and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce high-quality visual content for digital, print, and social media channels.Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to translate business objectives into engaging design solutions.Develop brand-compliant layouts, presentations, infographics, and promotional materials.Support the creation of digital assets including web graphics, email templates, advertisements, and UI elements.Ensure all design deliverables align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.Prepare artwork for production and coordinate with external vendors or printers when necessary.Conduct regular reviews of existing design materials to recommend improvements and maintain brand coherence.Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve creative output.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that visual content supports strategic goals and storytelling.Contribute to internal documentation of design standards, templates, and workflows.Support video and motion graphics production when applicable.Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in visual communication across all media formats.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.2–5 years of professional experience in design, preferably within a marketing or communications environment.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and digital design tools (Figma, Canva, Sketch).Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.Experience creating assets for both digital and print media.Knowledge of branding, marketing principles, and user-centered design.Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, or UX/UI design is an advantage.Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts effectively.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
