[PHUC SINH CONSUMER - K COFFEE]DESIGN TEAM LEADER – FMCG/ F&BWorking Hours:Monday to Friday:Morning: 8:00 – 12:00Afternoon: 13:00 – 17:00Saturday: 8:00 – 13:00MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESTake responsibility for developing creative ideas and concept design, key visuals for Marketing, Trade Marketing activities, in-store activation, and brand communication campaigns.Develop and orient key visual concepts applied across various formats (packaging, POSM, posters, OOH, digital, booth displays, etc.) ensuring brand consistency and effective communication.Manage and coordinate the design team: assign tasks, follow timelines, and control the output quality aligned with brand and communication standards.Oversee production and implementation processes of POSM, OOH, and other market-related design categories, ensuring aesthetic and technical quality.Continuously update and apply new design trends, printing techniques, and innovative advertising solutions.Train and develop team capacity; foster creative thinking, innovation, and team engagement.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Applied Fine Arts, or related fields.Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in design, including at least 1–2 years in a Team Leader role.Proficient in design software:+ Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign+ Figma, After Effects, Premiere (advantageous)Strong creative mindset, aesthetic sense, and ability to catch design & market trends.Demonstrated leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.High adaptability, strong problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.BENEFITSCompetitive salary based on experience and skills (probation salary at 85%).Full social insurance in compliance with local labor laws.Free lunch and fruit; monthly birthday celebrations.Workplace: 246–248 Vo Van Kiet, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.Working hours: Monday to Friday & Saturday morning.
