About youWe’re looking for a multi-talented, brand-obsessed Designer to lead the visual direction of splose.

If you love crafting beautiful digital experiences, developing marketing visuals, and evolving brand systems, we'd like to hear from you!About the roleIn this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping how our brand looks, feels, and connects with our audience across web, social, product launches, campaigns, and everything in between. You’ll work closely with brand marketing, content, and product teams to create assets that are not only visually compelling but also aligned with our brand strategy and business goals.

From evolving our design system to crafting high-impact visuals for marketing and sales, you’ll ensure every piece of design reflects our voice, values, and ambition. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a designer who loves balancing creativity with consistency. Responsibilities include:

Design and evolve splose’s brand identity across digital channelsMaintain and evolve a consistent design system that reflects splose’s AI-first brandLead website design—creating new layouts, content experiences, and visual styles in FigmaCreate standout visual assets for ebooks, guides, landing pages, event pages, AI content, and product featuresCollaborate closely with the Digital Lead to bring designs to life with interactivity and polishSupport the marketing team with campaign graphics, animations, and event materialsMaintain and evolve a consistent design system that reflects splose’s AI-first brandWhat you'll bring:

Experienced visual designer with 3+ years experience across brand, web, and marketing designThink in design systems—using tools like Figma to create scalable components, layouts, and librariesUnderstand that effective design goes beyond visuals—considering user flow, messaging, accessibility, and storytellingCan translate your designs into functional experiences in collaboration with developers, and have familiarity with tools like Webflow or Craft CMS (bonus if you’ve worked with code or CMS platforms directly)Know how to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling design assets—from ebooks and product launches to landing pages and ad creativesAre confident owning projects from concept to final delivery, while being open to feedback and iterative designHave experience designing for marketing teams—including performance ads, email banners, product announcements, social graphics, and digital campaignsLove evolving a brand—not just maintaining it—by proactively pushing and refining visual identity and standardsThink holistically about UX, storytelling, motion, and how each element contributes to a cohesive brand experienceInterest in or experience with AI tools and design automationBackground in B2B SaaS or tech environmentsFamiliarity with marketing analytics, performance metrics, and how design impacts conversionLocationWhile we’re proudly based in Adelaide, we’re a flexible, multi-city team — and welcome candidates from Adelaide, Sydney or Melbourne to join us wherever you do your best work! Our teams in Adelaide and Sydney work in a hybrid environment, while our Melbourne team is fully remote for now.
