Designer within Vend’s Nordic Center of Excellence, responsible for producing, scaling, and quality-assuring marketing materials across our Nordic marketplaces.Company? Your choice, your balance.What The Role Is AboutThis role sits within Vend’s central Brand & Content team, part of the marketing organisation, and supports our marketplace brands across four Nordic countries.You will produce hands-on content while helping improve how we structure design work across markets. This includes contributing to the development of templates and scalable asset structures, and supporting local vertical teams with tactical campaign materials. You help ensure that everything we publish is on brand, consistent, and contributes to long-term brand equity.What You’ll Be DoingCreate digital assets such as display banners, paid social ads, CRM visuals and campaign materialsTranslate briefs into clear, effective and channel-adapted visual communicationBuild and refine templates for recurring formats and campaignsSupport vertical business units with hands-on productionEnsure assets follow brand guidelines and strengthen brand consistencyContribute to best practices in production workflows and asset scalingUse AI tools to improve speed, ideation, and production qualityWho You AreYou are a hands-on doer who enjoys producing and refining creative assets. You are structured, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.You balance attention to detail with pragmatism. You know when to refine and when to deliver.We Believe YouHave 2–5 years of relevant experience from agency, in-house, or freelance workHave a strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, and layout systems, with an eye for detail in alignment and visual consistencyHave solid experience producing digital content such as display banners, paid social ads, SoMe content, and CRM visualsHave strong skills in Adobe CC, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
