Our solutions are strategically driven and creatively executed. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Designer role based in Toronto, ON. Designers are responsible for ideation, branding, BVIs, brand guidelines, presentation decks, and ensuring the general quality and aesthetics of the agency’s output. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Success requires a keen eye for detail, knowledge of current trends in culture, creativity, and the ability to stay organized and on track with deadlines and the team.Qualifications - Proficiency in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Mood Boards, and Presentation- Experience with Branding, Typography, and Layout Design- Strong skills in Design Tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)- Understanding of Digital Platforms, Web Design, Social Media Graphics, and AI- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously- Experience in agency settings or working on diverse creative projects is a plus
