The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of style, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering personalized service. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, an ability to build lasting customer relationships, and a passion for luxury retail.Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment.- Provide personalized styling advice and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the boutique is always inviting and on-brand.- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing new shipments.- Stay informed about current fashion trends, product offerings, and brand values.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
