You’ll build and manage a team of designers to produce world-class visuals for digital, social, and branding project. • Lead the concept development and design execution for digital and social campaigns.• Manage a team of designers, ensuring alignment with creative strategy and brand guidelines.• Work closely with marketing, content, and video teams to deliver consistent creative output.• Translate briefs into high-quality visuals and compelling storytelling.• Review and provide feedback on design deliverables to ensure top-tier creative standards.• Stay ahead of design trends, emerging tools, and creative best practices.• Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when needed.• Build design processes, templates, and systems to scale creative production.REQUIREMENT• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.• 5–10 years of design experience, with at least 3–5 years leading creative/design teams.• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and branding design work.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) or equivalent tools.• Experience in Game, Crypto, or Blockchain design projects is a BIG plus.• Startup or agency experience, especially in setting up creative teams, is highly preferred.• Detail-oriented, conceptually strong, and able to balance creativity with strategic goals.• Good English communication (prefer, not must-have).• Strong mindset in start-up, can handle multiple task at the beginning time.INTERVIEW PROCESS• CV Screen• 2 round interview, Online• Offer & Onboard
