This advertisement refers to the Düsseldorf group of companies, whose store locations you can find here: peek-cloppenburg.com/en/stores .What You Will Be Responsible ForCreative ownership: You design and develop complete sportswear collections for men, from hoodies and joggers to tops and outerwear, always balancing innovation, functionality, and style.Inspiring concepts: You create moodboards, seasonal color palettes, technical drawings, and detailed style descriptions that bring your creative vision to life.Full design responsibility: You manage the entire design process independently, including precise documentation in our PLM/PDM system.Perfect fit: You take part in fit sessions, review prototypes, and provide constructive feedback to ensure every piece meets our high standards of fit and quality.Strong collaboration: You work closely with Product Development and Technical teams to achieve outstanding workmanship and product consistency.Trend-driven thinking: You stay ahead of market movements, analyze trends and transform insights into commercially strong, brand-appropriate product ideas.Cross-functional teamwork: You collaborate with the Brand Director, Collection Manager and Sourcing teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to market launch.What We Are Looking ForYour Educational Background: You hold a degree in Fashion Design, Sportswear Design or a comparable qualification.Your Strengths: You bring 4–6 years of professional experience in men’s activewear or sportswear design, ideally with a European brand. You have a strong sense for trends and the ability to translate them into designs that appeal to the modern male consumer. Your deep understanding of garment construction, materials, and cost-effective design sets you apartYour Profile: You are proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and familiar with PLM/PDM systems. You work independently, in a structured and adaptable way, and know how to stay organized in a dynamic environment.
