This advertisement refers to the Düsseldorf group of companies, whose store locations you can find here: peek-cloppenburg.com/en/stores .What You Will Be Responsible ForCreative Construction: You independently create, edit, and provide block patterns for various product groups within our exclusive womenswear brands.Perfect Fit: You research and develop new silhouettes together with the design team, always ensuring that every piece fits perfectly and reflects our brand identity.Technical Precision: You create gradings, grading specifications, and model documents that form the technical foundation for production.Hands-On Fittings: You organize and conduct fittings to test and refine fits and gradings, turning creative ideas into perfectly wearable garments.Digital Expertise: You build and manage pattern construction kits in our CAD system and work confidently with digital tools to optimize every step of the process.Team Collaboration: You present your work results independently in meetings with Sourcing Buying and the creative teams, always aiming for the best outcome together.What We Are Looking ForYour Educational Background: You’ve completed a degree in clothing technology or training as a pattern maker or pattern director. Ideally, You’ve also trained as a tailor or clothing technical assistant.Your Strengths: You’re organized, flexible, and work independently with a high level of precision. You enjoy collaborating across teams.Your Profile: You bring 6-8 years of experience in pattern and fit construction, ideally with CAD-Assyst. You’re confident using Photoshop and Illustrator and ideally have experience with PDM/PLM systems. You communicate confidently in English spoken and written.
