The ideal candidate should have a proven track record and portfolio showcasing visually striking, user-centered designs that elevate digital experiences. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and memorable interfaces that bring ideas to life and reflect a deep sense of design craft.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into innovative UI/UX designs.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that demonstrate design concepts and user flows.Develop visually compelling interfaces with strong alignment to brand identity and creative direction.Ensure seamless user journeys with a focus on usability, accessibility, and responsive design.Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions.Maintain design consistency across all platforms and digital assets while exploring creative enhancements.Stay updated on design trends, creative techniques, and emerging UX practices to inspire fresh solutions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Minimum 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand-focused and creative design work.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design standards.Strong creative skills with the ability to balance aesthetic vision and usability.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.Prefer candidate with 1 month notice period.Get in touchPlease visit www.aleph-labs.com or drop us an email at magihandran.rajamany@aleph-labs.com.
