This role involves managing system architecture, automation, lifecycle management, and serving as the final escalation point for technical issues.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement desktop infrastructure and deployment strategiesProvide advanced support for Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and security toolsLead remediation and platform upgradesCollaborate with vendors and internal teamsMaintain documentation, monitor systems, and manage riskOversee 3rd-party vendors and report on project statusRequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4+ years in lieu of degree)5+ years in desktop engineering or related IT rolesExpertise in Windows OS, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and scripting (PowerShell)Experience with SCCM, MDT, Intune, HPDM, Acronis, FlexeraStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in financial or banking environmentsKnowledge of SSO, virtualization, Office 365, Intune MDM, ManageEngine, HPDM, LansweeperWork EnvironmentOnsite role in a standard office settingOccasional travel (up to 10%)
