Desktop Publishing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Desktop Publishing (DTP) Specialist to manage the layout, formatting, and production of multilingual documents for print and digital distribution. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in layout software, excellent typographic sense, and the ability to collaborate effectively with translators, designers, and project managers.Key ResponsibilitiesFormat, design, and typeset documents in various languages using industry-standard DTP software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.).Convert PDFs into editable formats and recreate non-editable design elements when needed.Manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.QualificationsProven experience as a DTP Specialist or similar role.Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.Ability to troubleshoot formatting issues quickly.Familiarity with CAT tools (e.g., Trados, memoQ) and working with translation memory–exported files.Ability to handle multilingual DTP projects (Arabic, Turkish, Chinese, Cyrillic, etc.).
