Site Reliability Engineer

İş ilanı hakkındaWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Reliability Engineer for our client, a leading technology company specializing in artificial intelligence solutions. The position is primarily based in Ankara and offers a hybrid working model, with flexibility for candidates located in İstanbul. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the reliability, performance, and availability of production environments and ensure continuous improvement in system stability.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain stable and highly available production environmentsTake ownership of cloud infrastructure monitoring, resource management, and incident response processesManage SBC (Session Border Controller) and network configurations, including troubleshooting and tuningRegularly analyze system resources (CPU, memory, disk) and optimize Kubernetes environments through request/limit tuningDesign and execute reliability and resilience tests to improve system robustnessTrack and manage operational metrics, ensuring timely and effective incident responseCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure scalability and reliabilityContribute to cost optimization and resource efficiency efforts across cloud systemsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in SRE, Cloud Engineering, or DevOps rolesStrong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes (Helm, autoscaling, request/limit tuning)Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetryFamiliarity with incident response, on-call processes, and SLA/SLO trackingSolid experience with Linux systems administration and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, routing, firewall rules, load balancing)Experience with AWS or similar cloud environmentsKnowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planningScripting experience (Bash, Python) is a plusSBC configuration experience (Kamailio, Audiocodes) is an advantageExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAdvanced level of English
