We’re seeking someone with deep expertise in machine learning systems, data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps, along with a mindset focused on scalability, performance, and collaboration.If you’re excited about being part of a transformation that blends law and technology, and want to build impactful, intelligent products in an enjoyable team atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you!Develop, train, optimize, and integrate AI and machine learning models into business processesBuild predictive models by processing and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insightsDesign and manage projects utilizing state-of-the-art language models (LLMs) and AI applicationsExecute machine learning projects using libraries such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorchDeploy machine learning and AI models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPContribute to the company’s innovation goals by leading research and development effortsContinuously monitor, update, and optimize model performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to bring projects to productionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science (Master’s degree preferred)At least 5 years of experience as a Machine Learning EngineerHands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA, and other Transformer-based architecturesAdvanced proficiency in Python and experience with data processing libraries such as NumPy and pandasExperience developing projects using popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorchFamiliarity with machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBMExperience in model evaluation, hyperparameter optimization, and model tuningBasic experience in Software EngineeringAbility to manage containerized models using Kubernetes and Docker (preferred)Experience using cloud-based ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, or Azure Machine Learning (preferred)Ability to work with both SQL and NoSQL databasesStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishTeam-oriented, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
