IT Support Engineer – 2nd LineLocation: ReadingContract: 3 MonthsIR35 Status: Inside IR35Clearance: Must hold an Enhanced DBS (EDBS)Lucid have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer, with a current EDBS to join out customer in Reading on an initial 3 month contract. The successful candidate will provide helpdesk and hands-on technical support across the IT infrastructure, ensuring users receive a high level of service and that systems remain stable, secure, and efficient.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st and 2nd line support and troubleshooting across Microsoft environments (Windows, Active Directory, M365).Support, repair, and maintain end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, and printers.Manage device rollouts and deployments using SCCM and Microsoft Intune.Deliver an excellent on-site service experience, assisting users in resolving IT issues promptly.Ensure all hardware is safely installed and maintained in line with site requirements.Basic understanding of networking infrastructure, Wi-Fi, routers, switches.If you are available and interested in this opportunity, please apply for further information.Due to high volumes of applications, we may be unable to respond to every applicant.
