ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and printers.Install and configure desktop, laptop, and printer hardware.Generate and maintain monthly IT support activity reports.Provide basic support for Microsoft 365 applications.Install and configure office automation tools.Assist in antivirus and endpoint security management.Maintain an organized and disciplined work environment.Communicate effectively with end-users and internal teams.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 2 years.Education: Any Graduate.Strong troubleshooting and installation skills for IT hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners).Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.Experience with antivirus tools and endpoint security solutions.Exposure to Servers, Firewalls, Switches, and Routers.Excellent communication skills with a professional attitude.Willingness to travel across client sites when needed.This job was posted by Jyotsna Khairmode from Logic Systech.
