IT Support TechnicianLocation: London (on-site)Full-time, PermanentSalary, £28,000 - £33,000 About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to join our growing internal technology team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, setting up equipment, and making sure everything runs smoothly across a busy, fast-paced office environment.You will play a key role in keeping our people connected, from supporting desk moves and installations to building new machines and resolving day-to-day IT issues through our ticketing system.This is an ideal role for someone early in their IT career who wants to learn, grow, and build a strong technical foundation in a supportive and professional setting.What You’ll DoProvide first-line IT support across the business, managing requests through the internal ticketing system.Set up and configure laptops, PCs, and mobile devices for new and existing users.Support regular desk moves, hardware installations, and equipment upgrades.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.Ensure all IT assets are properly documented, labelled, and maintained.Assist with system updates, patching, and IT improvement projects as required.What We’re Looking ForSome experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical services (professional or academic).Good understanding of Windows operating systems and Office 365.Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi setup, etc.).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.What’s on OfferFull training and support to help you develop your technical skills.Opportunities for progression within a collaborative IT team.Financial support for relevant studies and certifications.Salary review and pay rise after successful completion of 6-month probation.A friendly, dynamic working environment with plenty of hands-on experience.If you are enthusiastic about technology and want to build your IT career in a professional, supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.
