This role requires expertise in Microsoft 365, Desktop Solutions, Cloud-Based Infrastructure, and Virtualization. Please note that this is a night shift position as you will be working USA hoursResponsibilities:Microsoft 365 Migration & Deployment – Configure, migrate, and deploy Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. Experience migrating from on-premise servers to Microsoft 365 is a plusDesktop Solutions Deployment – Assist in software installations for project teams and ensure smooth desktop deployments. Experience with InTune deployments is a plusWindows Server Administration – Configure, deploy, and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and other core Windows Server infrastructure componentSecurity & Compliance – Implement security best practices to protect IT systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and availabilityIT Project Collaboration – Work closely with the IT team to support systems after deployment, ensuring seamless operationProcess Documentation – Maintain detailed documentation of IT processes, procedures, and system configurationQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in Desktop support roles with expertise in Office 365, Azure, desktop support, and server administrationRequired Skills:Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, including Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, and StorageHands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Office 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and TeamsProficiency in supporting both Windows and macOS operating systems, including hardware troubleshooting and software installationsSolid experience managing Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNSPreferred Certifications:Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)Cisco or HP Advanced CertificationsAzure CertificationsVMware CertificationsCybersecurity Certifications (SANS, GIAC, etc)Security Infrastructure Certifications (Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Juniper, F5, VMware)Security Management Certifications (Splunk, Arctic Wolf, TenableHome Office Requirements:To ensure optimal productivity in a remote work environment, candidates must have the following:Dedicated Home Office – A quiet, private workspace with a door to minimize distractionsHigh-Speed Internet – Fibre connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and downloadComputer Equipment – A laptop or desktop capable of handling IT support tasks efficientlyAudio & Video Setup – Headset for clear communication and a webcam for video conferencingBackup Power Solution – A reliable backup power source to maintain connectivity during outages
