Job Description

Job DescriptionProvide hardware and software support for both remote and in office users.Install, configure, and maintain company end user compute environment.Provide direct service for IT networksInstall, configure, and maintain application software running in the company infrastructure.Organize installations and updates in compliance with Change Control policies.Participate in projects, including company-wide migrations, both in-office and remotelyDevelop and maintains the software application configurations, including documentation of IT operation runbook.Work closely with other roles to research new tools and technologies that can better support business needs.Assist team with Corporate IT projectsWork closely with other roles to research new tools and technologies that can better support business needs.Other duties as assigned or requestedEffectively communicate issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Qualifacts is an equal opportunity employer.
