Position: Desktop Support / IT SpecialistShift/Schedule: Mon-Fri day shift (core hours), approx. 8am-4:30pm ESTNeed to be comfortable with some evenings / potentially weekends as needed (NOT frequent)Start Date: ASAPDuration: 3 month contract, potential extensions / conversion to FTELocation: Lancaster, PA 17062Interview Process: 2 rounds (1 Virtual, 1 In Person)Required Skills & Experience- Strong Customer Service- Highly organized and detail oriented- Experience handling project coordination- 0-2 years of experience in ITNice to Have Skills & Experience- Bachelors or Associate Degree in IT- Any Certifications: A+ Net+Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a 3 month contract (with the possible extensions). They will be working a specific IPad project. They have 400 IPads that have a translation software on them that will be changing from 1 platform to another. They will be doing all documentation, coordination and follow up.
