Job Description
Key Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions. Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance software architectures. Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending solutions that align with business goals. Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices. Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development projects. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve TFG's software development processes. Qualifications And Experience A Relevant IT qualification, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a development architect or similar role. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex software architectures for enterprise-scale applications, utilizing modern technologies and design patterns. Skills Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Proven ability to think strategically, anticipate future trends, and develop innovative solutions to address business challenges.
