We are recruiting a Development Manager for a healthcare organization located in central Israel.Responsibilities:-Lead and manage the development domain, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements-Oversee the development of core systems and web-based applications-Manage large-scale systems and projects, coordinating with external vendors-Supervise and mentor development teams, including programmers and system analysts, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality resultsRequirements:10 years of experience in development management5 years of experience in core system development and web-based systems5 years of experience managing development teams, including programmers and system analystsExperience in managing large-scale systems and projects, in collaboration with external vendorsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field
