Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Development Scientist located in the Lahore District. The Development Scientist will be responsible for conducting research and development (R&D) activities, performing laboratory experiments, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, and analyzing data. The role requires working closely with product development teams to innovate and improve pharmaceutical products while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Qualifications Laboratory Skills and hands-on experience in a laboratory environmentResearch and Development (R&D) experienceKnowledge and application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standardsStrong Data Analysis skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fieldExperience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
