As a Development Team Lead, you will be accountable for the squad’s outcomes: delivering product goals, ensuring smooth processes, and supporting team growth.This is a hybrid role combining technical leadership, product ownership mindset and people management.ResponsibilitiesDrive the squad toward achieving business goals and OKRs.Organize the team's work: planning and prioritization.Ensure delivery quality (code, testing, design).Monitor deadlines and keep progress transparent.Foster a culture of open feedback and continuous improvement.Requirements2+ years of experience as Team Lead / Tech Lead / Squad Lead.4+ years of hands-on development experience either Backend with Java or Frontend with Vue.Strong understanding of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).Facilitation skills for effective team ceremonies and discussions.Ability to balance technical quality with delivery speed.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire engineers.English: [Advanced/Fluent] for team communication.
