We combine advanced technology, data-driven insights, and a culture of collaboration to create products and solutions that redefine the investment landscape.As a Development Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving our technological vision—leading talented engineers, shaping large-scale systems, and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, quality, and innovation.What You’ll Do:Lead and manage development team – mentoring, coaching, and empowering team membersDrive development of complex systems and applications using advanced technologiesPlan, develop, and maintain large-scale software solutions at scaleManage workload distribution, priorities, and ensure we hit our goals and timelinesCollaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, and teams across the companyOversee code reviews, development quality, and implementation of professional standardsDrive adoption of new technologies for continuous improvementQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering3+ years of hands-on software development experience (Python or JavaScript)At least 2 years of proven experience leading and managing development teamsStrong experience with databases (SQL, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL)Experience with distributed systems and complex architectures- an advantageKnowledge of Big Data and cloud technologies-an advantageBackground in finance or capital markets-an advantageExcellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
