RPA Automation Developer for a Leading Organization 5286

Develop automation processes with a deep understanding of customer and business needs.Build automation workflows integrated with AI capabilities.Perform comprehensive testing of developed robots to ensure proper functionality and compliance with business requirements.Provide support and maintenance for existing automation processes, making adjustments as needed to align with company needs.Collaborate with internal interfaces, IT teams, and business clients.Deliver training and technical support to business and technology teams on robot usage and troubleshooting.Key role within a 4-person team (including developers and a team leader).Requirements:UiPath Developer Advanced Certification.At least 1 year of experience as an RPA Developer (UiPath).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or a related course.Experience with leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.Strong analytical skills – ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to resolve complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.This position is open to all genders.
