DevOps Developer (AWS)

Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of scalable, cloud-native services on AWS, focusing on managing messaging systems, databases, and deployment pipelines to keep everything running smoothly.In this role, you will:Design, develop, and upkeep Python-based backend servicesCreate and oversee CI/CD pipelines for efficient and dependable deploymentsOptimize and maintain databases using PostgreSQL and Amazon AuroraEstablish and manage message queues with RabbitMQ for seamless service communicationMonitor and resolve issues across the stack to ensure performance and uptimeCollaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to introduce new features and enhancementsAdhere to security best practices in all systemsContribute to release management processes and work closely with QA and Product teams to ensure stable, frequent deploymentsThoroughly document workflows, service architecture, and deployment proceduresRequirements Must Have!3-5+ years of experience backend developmentSolid experience working with RabbitMQ or similar message queuing systemsProficiency with PostgreSQL and Amazon Aurora, including performance tuning and backup strategiesStrong working knowledge of AWS (EC2, Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Comfortable in Linux environments with strong scripting abilityExperience with Docker and container orchestration (e.g., ECS, Kubernetes)Familiarity with Git-based workflows and branching strategiesDemonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to accelerate development, documentation, and problem-solving.
