This role is more architecture and investigation-oriented, with limited run/operational work. The engineer will work closely with multiple teams, driving transversal initiatives and ensuring the robustness of our applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, analyze, and troubleshoot Java-based applications (Java 13, Spring, Spring Boot).Contribute to architectural decisions and performance investigations.Conduct memory and performance analysis to optimize systems.Work with monitoring and analysis tools (Grafana, Kibana).Handle reverse proxy problematics and provide guidance on infra/ops aspects when required.Collaborate across multiple teams, driving transversal communication and best practices.Maintain focus on application security and algorithmic robustness.RequirementsStrong knowledge of Java (13 or later), Spring, and Spring Boot.Experience with PowerShell scripting.Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana).Good understanding of reverse proxy and related troubleshooting.Awareness of application security and secure coding practices.Cloud knowledge (AWS preferred) is a plus.Kubernetes familiarity is an advantage.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
