Position: DevOps EngineerLocation: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)About The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join a growing engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining secure and scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams, implement deployment strategies, and streamline the development lifecycle in a cloud-native environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines.Define and enforce branching/version control strategies (Git Flow, trunk-based).Architect and manage AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.Implement secure IAM roles, policies, and permissions.Automate infrastructure deployment with Terraform and Terragrunt.Develop automation scripts in Python and Bash.Manage artifacts using JFrog Artifactory.Integrate and maintain code quality/security tools (SonarQube, Fortify, Prisma Cloud, Qualys).Ensure observability practices with CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, or similar tools.Work with security/compliance teams to apply DevSecOps principles and support audits.Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response/post-mortems.Requirements5+ years experience as a DevOps Engineer in a cloud-native environment.Strong expertise with AWS cloud services.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise).Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Terragrunt).Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash).Knowledge of IAM, security, and compliance best practices.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.Nice to HaveAWS certifications (DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Security Specialty).Experience in regulated environments (e.g., FedRAMP, HIPAA, SOC2).Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures and secrets management.Experience implementing policy-as-code and compliance automation tools.Tech StackCloud: AWSCI/CD: Jenkins CloudBees, GitHub EnterpriseInfrastructure as Code: Terraform, TerragruntScripting: Python, BashArtifact Management: JFrog ArtifactoryCode Quality & Security: SonarQube, Fortify, Prisma Cloud, QualysMonitoring & Observability: CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus (or similar)What’s on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid working model (blend of office and remote).Opportunities for career development and continuous learning.Inclusive and supportive working environment.
