You will automate deployments, manage cluster health and security, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable applications.What you'll doBuild, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters and namespaces across environments (dev/stage/prod).Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications (build, test, image management, deploy).Write and maintain Kubernetes manifests using Helm.Implement right-sizing, autoscaling, and efficient resource requests/limits.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to k8s clusters and infrastructureCollaborate with developers to adopt best practices for containers, microservices, and immutable infrastructure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.Keep up with emerging technologies and advocate for continuous improvements in the development process.What you bring3+ years experience in a DevOps roleStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesHands-on experience with Kubernetes in production (cluster admin & troubleshooting).Strong skills with Docker and container concepts (image creation, layers, registries).Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).Solid Linux sysadmin skills (networking, process, storage, performance tuning).Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go, or similar).Good understanding of networking (CNI, DNS, load balancers, ingress controllers) and storage concepts (CSI, PV/PVC).Meet your teamOur product (SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management) is one of the best incentive compensation management products on the market and it is being used by some of the largest companies in the world.
