DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a DevOps engineer to help us scale the product reliably and flexibly.What we offer:Salary €3000–€6000, depending on experience and level of responsibility.Work in the fast-growing field of artificial intelligence.Professional development - try new things and grow within the team.Participation in a large-scale AI project with unconventional challenges.A dynamic, friendly team of 70+ professionals who value initiative and ideas.Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and real growth in technical expertise.Direct influence on product decisions and technical solutions.Flexible schedule and possibility to work remotely.Comfortable, modern office in Riga.Access to learning opportunities, skill development, and meaningful tasks.Regular team events, trips, and a birthday gift.What you will do:Configure and administer server infrastructure - both cloud and on-prem, including deployment and updates of services.Optimize performance of database servers, frontend, and backend.Work on a high-load system, optimizing performance across services and ensuring stable uptime.Maintain infrastructure stability: monitoring, logging, incident response.Set up and support CI/CD processes - automated deployment, testing, and build pipelines.Work with cloud platforms (e.g., Hetzner or others).Manage data backups and recovery processes.Ensure security: access control, encryption, protection against attacks.Document architecture, configurations, and changes.Analyze bottlenecks and contribute to infrastructure planning.Collaborate with the development team to integrate changes and optimize workflows.Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL - query optimization and database performance improvements.Automate processes using Ansible and Kubernetes (k8s).Who we are looking for:DevOps Engineer with Middle+ experience or higher.Strong knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).Experience configuring and administering Nginx.Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL administration and optimization.Experience working with cloud platforms (Hetzner, AWS, GCP, or similar).Knowledge of Ansible or other automation tools.Understanding of IaC principles and building reliable infrastructures.Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki).Nice to have: Python/Bash knowledge, experience with CI/CD for ML/AI projects.Based in Riga.
