They connect businesses through hosted solutions and services, focusing on providing effective IT solutions.Roles & Responsibilities:• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide DevOps strategy to streamline the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions using cloud technologies and Kubernetes.• Lead and manage the DevOps team to ensure seamless collaboration driving the continuous improvement of processes and automation workflows.• Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) to ensure scalability, cost-efficiency, and high performance.• Lead the implementation, optimization, and management of Kubernetes clusters to improve container orchestration and scalability of applications across cloud environments.• Ensure the security and reliability of the organization's network, systems, applications, and data.• Communicate IT risks, strategies, and performance effectively to stakeholders, providing actionable insights.• Design and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate software deployments, testing, and monitoring, ensuring faster and more reliable product releases.• Ensure the security of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines through strong access control, encryption, and vulnerability management practices, in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, SOC2, GDPR).• Lead the investigation and remediation of system failures or performance degradation, working with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents swiftly.• Oversee IT operations, including system monitoring, performance optimization, and incident response.• Continuously drive automation efforts to reduce manual processes, improve system reliability, and increase operational efficiency through innovative cloud and DevOps practices.• Keep up with the latest trends in cloud computing, Kubernetes, containerization, and DevOps practices, integrating new technologies to enhance the organization’s capabilities.Qualifications:• Management, IT Operations, and Project Management skills• Knowledge of cloud computing and cybersecurity• Strong experience in managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and Kubernetes environments.• Proven leadership experience in DevOps, IT operations, or related roles with a strong understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies.• Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, infrastructure as code (IaC), and continuous security integration.• Bachelor's or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of service reliability and performance metrics (SLA/SLO/SLI) is a plus.cience, Engineering, or related field
