Job Title: Manufacturing Technician IDuration: 05+ Months Location: Vista, CAPay Range: $18 - $27 /Hr on w2Job Summary: The Manufacturing Technician I performs essential tasks in a GMP-regulated environment, supporting complex manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and compliant workplace to control bioburden levels, cleaning equipment per established procedures to avoid contamination, and accurately maintaining records in accordance with current standards. All activities must be carried out safely, adhering to department-specific safety protocols. Primary Responsibilities:

Set up and operate equipment in a biologics processing environment for plasma-derived pharmaceuticalsPerform detailed cleaning of equipment and facilities to meet MSP/cGMP standardsComplete technical training profile as requiredFollow department safety rules rigorouslyConduct bulk processing and filtration while monitoring processing parameters such as pH, weights, separation, and assay resultsMaintain real-time documentation throughout the production processResponsible for proper setup and operation of manufacturing equipmentAdditional Responsibilities:

Proficient in English, both verbal and writtenBasic math skills and familiarity with the metric systemStrong documentation skillsBasic computer literacyMechanical aptitudeTeam player with the ability to work independently and exercise good judgmentCapable of managing multiple prioritiesProactive, results-driven, and detail-orientedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Accurate documentation and strong attention to detailProficiency with a 10-key calculatorEducation Requirements: High school diploma or GED requiredAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredBackground in manufacturing or experience in pharmaceutical/biologics processing within a GMP environment preferredExperience: 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentOccupational Demands:
