The ideal candidate is comfortable collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders to drive impactful results. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage GenAI-related projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, product, and operations teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage risks while maintaining clear documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Translate technical requirements and challenges into understandable language for stakeholders at all levels. Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, security policies, and ethical AI practices.

Apply best practices in Agile and project management methodologies to drive continuous improvement. Technical and Domain KnowledgeFoundational understanding of AI and ML concepts, tools, and technologies used in GenAI initiatives. Familiarity with data handling practices, including data quality, privacy, and governance considerations in AI development. Ability to engage in discussions about model training, data pipelines, and deployment challenges with technical teams.
