Job Description
该职位来源于猎聘 1. 负责工艺Dummy insertion技术的开发和维护。 2. 负责工艺热点仿真模型的开发，通过工艺热点仿真发现并修复客户版图设计中的工艺薄弱点，使产品设计更加工艺友好，提升产品良率； 3. 负责开发用于分析产品版图结构并借助于EDA工具衍生多样化图形，建立有可制造性风险的图形库，用于版图设计阶段的验证和优化，缩短设计周期； 4. 负责分析版图图形密度对工艺、器件、良率的影响，通过改良设计，工艺，或优化dummy图形的设计来降低其影响； 5. 负责出版数据处理的脚本开发和数据处理，保障出版数据的准确性及出版进度； 6. 参与学术交流，撰写学术论文，申请专利。
