The Service Administrator drives a culture of excellent customer experience, delivering seamless customer service, efficient clinical operations and contributing to the overall success of the Diagnostic and Assessment service.RoleThe role is central to the success of the Service, managing all aspects of the customer journey. You will be able to:Use electronic case management systemsProvide exemplary customer serviceWork at pace to ensure customer waiting lists are minimised and bookings are maximisedSensitively engage with people who have a range of communication needs and preferencesWork from our centre in BromleyThis is a wonderful opportunity to join a passionate, dedicated team and play an instrumental part in further shaping this successful renowned service.This advert is for a full-time role – 35 hours per week.
