ResponsibilitiesEngage with candidates, providing them with an exceptional experience that conveys Dialectica's values and culture, nurturing their interest throughout the hiring processAssist in the development of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsUtilize a variety of sourcing methods, including but not limited to online job boards, social media platforms, talent databases and direct outreach Utilize calls, emails and social networks to engage with potential candidates and arrange introductory meetingsScreen and evaluate resumes and cover letters to identify high potential candidatesConduct preliminary candidate assessments to ensure their qualifications match the job requirements and company culture fitCoordinate with Talent Acquisition team to arrange interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experienceMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and sourcing activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant databasesAct as a brand ambassador by attending career events and presentationsRequirementsThe ideal candidate would possess:
