Role Description This is a full-time position for a Dialysis Nurse located on-site in Pasig. Responsibilities include performing hemodialysis treatments, monitoring patients during dialysis sessions to ensure their safety and comfort, and maintaining up-to-date patient records. The role also entails collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to administer care plans for patients with kidney conditions and educating patients and their families regarding treatment protocols. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Hemodialysis and Dialysis proceduresComprehensive knowledge of Nursing principles, practices, and patient careUnderstanding of Medicine and specialization in NephrologyAbility to educate patients and provide compassionate, personalized careValid nursing license and certification in dialysis proceduresStrong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skillsPrevious experience in kidney or dialysis care is a plus
