This role, based at our Lae office, will be responsible for delivering comprehensive fleet and facilities support across all four Digicel offices within the Momase Region. Main responsibilities:
FLEET Conduct regular checks to ensure safety of fleets and usersEnsure service schedules and maintenance are strictly adhered toRenewal of safety stickers and registration in timely mannerManage fuel cards to avoid fraudulent usagesProvide weekly reports to fleet team in HQConduct driving test for on boarding staff whose roles are essential for drivingOther fleet duties as assigned by managementFACILITIESMaintain housekeeping and maintenance of offices in line with office lease agreementsProvide support with office/accommodation leases from prospecting to contracting and any issues as the contact on the groundEnsure common office supplies are sufficient at all timesMaintain routine schedules for office fumigations and fire services in line with property lease agreementsOther facilities duties as assigned by managementAcademic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:
3-5 years’ experience in a coordinator role with special emphasis in office administration and fleet and facilities backgroundDiploma or accreditation in administrationComputer Literate in Microsoft Office SuiteBasic knowledge of administration and technical duties Proven planning experienceMust be a team playerAble to work with minimum supervisionFlexible and able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced working environmentMust have a class 3 or 6 driving licenseApplications close 01 September 2025
