Sales Executive – Home & EntertainmentThe Sales Executive role is responsible for driving sales lead generation and sales volumes through end customer sales, reseller and dealer activities within the Home and Entertainment (H&E) sector. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for TV and ISP products across residential consumer and Small Medium Business (SMB) customers. Own and drive new business development initiatives to expand market reach and customer base.
This includes finding, onboarding and driving sales through new dealers and reseller channelsIdentify potential sales opportunities across consumer and residential customers and convert leads into customers from targeted pipelineParticipate in sales meetings and provide input on sales strategies and targets for TV and ISP. Dealer Expansion: Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the distribution network for TV and ISP services. Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure consistent performance and satisfaction. Conduct regular visits to dealers, resellers and customers to provide support and gather feedback.
Assist in developing training programs for dealers and resellers to enhance their sales capabilities. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the TV and ISP product areas. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and distribution strategies. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategic decisions. Prepare detailed market analysis reports for senior management. Sales Support: Assist in setting monthly sales targets and monitoring performance against these targets. Provide support to dealers and resellers to help them achieve their H&E sales goals.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for dealers, resellers and end customers. This includes consumer and business end customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to sales and distribution. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, dealer and customer activities, and market trends. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making processes. Maintain accurate records of sales and distribution activities. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Operational Support: Assist in the execution of new product launches within the distribution channel.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all distribution activities. Support inventory management and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Qualifications and Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or distribution, preferably in the Telecommunications, Hospitality or Tourism sectors. Strong communication and relationship building and management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understand market analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
