About The TeamAre you interested in helping Shopee sellers scale their businesses through Shopee Ads and being a part of the Shopee Ads team to drive revenue for the organization? The Shopee Ads team focuses on helping sellers increase their sales as well as their return on investments via Shopee Ads. There are 3 main types of Shopee Ads products that we leverage to help our sellers (a) Product Ads; (b) Shop Ads and (c) Live AdsThe team culture is collaborative, supportive and focused on both personal and professional development. We are committed to serving our sellers and exceeding their expectations as well as effectively driving revenue for the organization.Job DescriptionStrategic Pitching & ActivationProactively pitch Shopee Ads and relevant strategic programs to targeted brands and marketplace sellers to drive consistent activation and adoption.Conduct deep-dives into ad performance metrics and collaborate closely with Cluster and Category teams to uncover investment opportunities.Continuously refine the Shopee Ads pitching strategy to optimize activation ratesPerformance & Insight-Driven SellingLeverage data analytics and storytelling to evaluate campaign performance, guide strategic recommendations, and identify areas for investment growth.Position Shopee Ads through a consulting-led approach by aligning advertising strategies with brand objectives, key pain points, and marketplace dynamics.Translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations, influencing both seller and brand decision-making.Relationship Management & Consultative SellingBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with brands and sellers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term Ads investment.Partner with Account Managers and internal teams to present cohesive ad strategies.Educate brands and sellers on Shopee Ads best practices through regular training touchpoints and performance reviews.Objection Handling & Feedback LoopsManage objections effectively and overcome advertiser hesitation through value-driven proposals.Channel seller and brand feedback into product or strategy refinements by working closely with internal Ads and cross-functional teams.Content & Knowledge EnablementCurate and refine educational materials to elevate overall ad product understanding.Enable advertiser learning and self-sufficiency in ad optimization and performance tracking.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any field is requiredExperience as Ads Account Manager or similar role; experience in digital media is preferredStrong logical thinking and problem-solving skillsHunger to generate revenue and monetize for the organizationGood team player, adaptable, positive working attitude, and a quick learnerAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in English (verbal and written communication skills)Proficiency and comfort in utilizing Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as collaborating on Google sheets and Google slides
