You’ll bring a strong background in managing digital ad campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) with an analytical mindset that thrives on optimizing performance through data insights. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting for campaign success.In addition to technical skills, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-department teams—such as design, web development, social media, and content—to create cohesive, data-backed strategies that align with overarching client goals. You’re someone who not only understands the technicalities of GTM, conversion tracking, and multi-channel attribution but can also translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies. If you’re passionate about driving meaningful results and enjoy innovating in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.Position ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising Strategy & Campaign ExecutionDesign and lead digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.Continuously monitor, analyze, and refine campaigns while conducting A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audiences to maximize metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROI.Efficiently manage and allocate budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize client ROI.Data Analysis & ReportingUtilize tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and refine strategies to improve metrics such as ROI, CTR, and CPA.Provide tailored analyses and actionable recommendations through regular reporting, addressing client-specific needs and objectives.Analyze customer journeys, conversion funnels, and user behavior to enhance experiences and drive results.Tracking, Measurement, & AttributionUtilize GTM for tracking, data capture, and reporting, leveraging GTM and tools like Facebook Pixel to monitor user interactions, engagement, and campaign performance across digital channels.Implement and maintain tracking solutions across campaigns, optimizing high-impact conversion points (e.g., call, form, and purchase tracking) to enhance user journeys and increase conversions.** Google Tag Manager (GTM) experience is a mandatory requirement for this position. Applications without GTM experience will not be considered.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven 3-5 years managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.Extensive expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tag setup, management, and troubleshooting, including custom events, triggers, and cross-platform integrations. Strong experience with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics tools to deliver actionable insights.Advanced skills in data interpretation, visualization, and storytelling to communicate insights clearly to clients and teams. Proficiency in multi-channel attribution, conversion tracking, and attribution models.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for managing tracking setups. Skilled in managing ad budgets to maximize ROI while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with industry standards.Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate insights and technical concepts effectively. Exceptional attention to detail to maintain tracking accuracy and data reliability.Bonus PointsExperience using data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to create visually compelling dashboards.Knowledge of SEO and organic search metrics to align campaigns and content effectively.Skilled in managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and cross-functional collaborations in fast-paced environments.Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, and Slack to ensure smooth communication and workflows.Work Hours: Full-Time / Timezone: ETSalary: 24.000-30.000 CAD / Year (net pay)
