Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports that track key KPIs and business metrics. Translate data into actionable insights that improve conversion, engagement, and customer experience. Partner with cross-functional teams — including Marketing and IT — to embed insights into daily operations and strategy. Support A/B testing and experimentation to optimize website and marketing performance. Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across platforms and reporting tools. Contribute to strategic projects with analytical insights that support business growth. Assist in forecasting and predictive analysis to anticipate customer behavior and market shifts.THE TEAMYou’ll be part of the wider Ecommerce team, yet also support other B2C functions like Retail and Marketplaces, and working closely with B2C Marketing, CRM, Digital Development and IT to deliver insights that shape strategy and performance across all channels. A dynamic, fast-paced environment that values curiosity, collaboration, and innovation.YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role (preferably in retail or e-commerce). Proficiency in data tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics, digital marketing analytics, and customer behavior data. Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator who can translate complex data into clear business insights. Collaborative, proactive and adaptable — ready to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
