It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.About The RoleBe a key member of the Digital Commerce team, contributing to make Digital commerce a key pillar of growth in Portugal to win in market, not only as a sales channel, but also as a key element of the consumer journey, strongly influencing the offline sales too. Make retailers choosing us as a key strategic partner for their digital commerce journey. You will support the Digital Shelf Manager to drive the digital shelf strategy and execution in Portugal.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Digital shelf Manager on creation and implementation of digital commerce content, driving findability and conversion on key e-retailers.Drive on-site holistic search to top categories and brands to improve product search rankings through keyword analysis, on-page optimization, and other SEO techniques.Manage the Digital commerce asset library and make it available to the organization and to customers.Join key account managers in meetings with retailers, helping them to drive the digital commerce agenda and driving an omnichannel strategy.Implement digital shelf syndication strategies to enhance brand presence and drive conversion on e-commerce platforms.Generate insightful reports and analyses to provide d-com team with valuable performance insights and actionable recommendations.Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our operations.EssentialQualifications and skillsUniversity degree in economics, business administration or digital management.Portuguese Native language, Fluency in English, knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian would be a plus.PreferredExperience in working in cross functional teams and agile working stylesEager to learn and be constantly updated about digital commerce trends and technology developments.Visionary thinking combined with appetite and relentless energy for execution Location – this role is based in: Portugal.Diversity, Equity and Inclusion At Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.We’re striving to create a climate where we celebrate our diversity in all forms by treating each other with respect, listening to different viewpoints, supporting our communities, and creating a workplace where your authentic self belongs and thrives.We believe in an agile working culture for all our roles.
