In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing marketing materials and supporting the post-onboarding utilization drive. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating impactful marketing collateral.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the marketing and product team to understand project requirements and objectives for the post-onboarding utilization drive.Design and create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, social media graphics, and other collateral.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity.Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas that align with the overall marketing strategy.Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, providing design assets and materials as needed.Assist in creating and editing video content for marketing initiatives.Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality design output and timely delivery of projects.Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques, incorporating them into the marketing materials to enhance their impact.Support the post onboarding utilization drive with data analytics and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.Assist in maintaining and updating the marketing asset library, ensuring easy access to design files and resources.Passion for innovation and staying at the forefront of AI advancements in marketing.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably 1 year experience within the financial services industry.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print and digital materials.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools.Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all design deliverables.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and strategies, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media channels is a plus.
