Position OverviewAs a Digital Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for bringing the marketing and brand strategies to life through creative content and social media storytelling. You’ll work closely with the B2B Digital Marketing Lead to create high-quality written, visual, and video content that engages business audiences and positions us as a thought leader in the tech space. This role is ideal for a self-starter who’s both creative and data-driven, also someone who can write compelling copy, design social content, produce videos, and understand how each piece fits into a broader B2B marketing strategy. Roles & ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging, high-quality B2B content including social posts, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and short videos tailored to B2B audiences and our brand goals.Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to plan and execute content strategies that align with business objectives.Plan, schedule, and publish posts to grow audience engagement and strengthen brand visibility.Engage actively with followers, respond to messages while maintaining the brand's tone.Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise content strategy and social media ROI.Create engaging videos that showcase our culture, people, and projects in creative, fun ways.Collaborate with the Art Director to maintain visual and brand consistency across all digital assets. Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and B2B marketing.Proven portfolio showcasing written, visual, and video content created for business or tech audiences. Proficiency in social media tools (LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Buffer).Skilled in design and video creation tools (Canva, CapCut).Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and content performance tracking. Working knowledge of lead generation strategies including how to use content, social media, and campaigns to attract and convert business leads.
