Our mission is to make every business borderless by eliminating barriers between businesses and customers, industries, data silos, and geographical boundaries.Job description:Directly manage the full content production cycle (ideate, conceptualize, shoot, and edit) to produce an average of 6–7 completed short-form videos dailyCreate compelling, shoppable video content specifically optimized for driving conversion on platforms like TikTok and Shopee, focusing on platform feeds and live commerce.Translate strategic briefs into authentic, UGC-esque, or product-centric videos, demonstrating expert, current technical proficiency in TikTok's and Shopee's native editing tools, trends, and formats.Utilize graphic design skills to produce all necessary static and dynamic visual elements, including video thumbnails, on-screen text overlays, and visual effects that enhance the content.Conduct constant, proactive market research to ensure all content utilizes the latest social and e-commerce trends, sounds, and design aesthetics to maximize relevance and reach.Ensure all final edited content is technically flawless, on-brand, and highly engaging, maintaining non-negotiable quality standards while meeting high-velocity daily production targets.Actively collaborate with the e-commerce team to analyze content performance data and apply insights to refine future content strategy for continuous improvement in conversion rates.Qualifications At least 1 year of relevant experience.Advanced skills in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with TikTok’s and Shopee’s native editing tools.Proven experience in content creation, video production, or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or social media environmentsMust be available to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends or holidays
