Position OverviewThe Digital Coordinator plays a key role in executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives. This position focuses on managing online content, coordinating digital campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand presence across all digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.Manage daily operations of social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.Support website updates, landing page creation, and digital asset management.Analyze digital performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with internal teams to produce digital content that aligns with brand strategy.Assist in managing paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).Monitor digital trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital coordination.Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital advertising.Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing tools.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.Note*All applications will be treated with confidentiality in accordance with Law No. 9887 approved by the Albanian Parliament on the "Protection of Personal Data".*
