Digital Design Supervisor Sisal Sans, established in partnership with Sisal S.p.A and Demirören Holding, is an organization that provides services in both the retail and digital sectors, authorized to carry out the games of chance in Turkey for 10 years in 2020.We are looking for a Digital Design Supervisor for our company, leading in Turkish gaming industry. The position reporting to the Digital Communications Manager.A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:This role will be responsible for creative campaigns, banners, ads, website content and contribute to UI/UX solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and excited to contribute to the creation of a best-in-class digital content.Key Responsibilities:Developing the visual concept of the Milli Piyango brand and determining the visual elements that make it possible to make the concept itself real,Making the visual identity attractive and distinctive on each channel,Defining the brand guidelines and the tone of voice of cross channel visual design and ensuring their consistency,Directly managing the creativity and visual identity for all Milli Piyango properties,Attracting and retaining customers through solid and consistent storytelling and developing brand presence through a coordinated cross-channel strategy,Defining the communication values pillars and the tone of voice of MP on all channels,Driving the creation of content and ensure that it reflects the brand image in form and substance,Directly managing the production of content ensuring full coverage of business initiatives.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Fine arts, or any other related fields,10+ years of experience in agency or marketing department in a corporate setting,Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager,Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects,Proven familiarity and practical experience in utilizing and strategically integrating Generative AI tools and emerging creative technologies (e.g. generative image/video models, intelligent prototyping) into the workflow. The candidate must be able to supervise the team's application of these tools for rapid concepting, asset optimization, and enhancing creative possibilities,Knowledge of HTML and CSS. Ability to create custom modules on CMS & other tools,Brainstorming concepts, develop mockups and ideas with the rest of the team,Understanding interactive experiences, channels, and design principles,Proficiency in underlying interactive technologies including web and mobile platforms,Establish and govern design systems, ensuring all assets are created and implemented efficiently and consistently across diverse platforms and high-volume needs,Being agile team player and problem solver,Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment,Strong attention to detail and follow through approaching,Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team*Portfolio showcasing works (Only candidates with portfolios will be considered for this role)“Suitability for the job is the only criterion evaluated in recruitment and employment.
