Your focus: designing and executing high-impact campaigns, orchestrating digital and hybrid events, and cultivating vibrant online communities that strengthen our brand presence.Your ResponsibilitiesEngagement-driven Digital marketing Drive visibility, traffic and engagement through targeted digital strategies and SEOManage content, UX/UI design and site performance to ensure a seamless user experienceConduct SEO / SEM audits and optimise content for search rankingsContent creation & Channel managementPlan, craft and publish engaging content (videos, social posts, blogs, newsletters,etc)Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors to source compelling storiesEnsure websites and digital channels are relevant and accessible.Events & Campaign managementPlan, coordinate and promote digital and hybrid eventsOversee event logistics, registration, promotion and post-event engagementCreate integrated campaigns to boost participation and brand visibilityAnalytics & Performance reporting Monitor and analyse key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, reach)Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaigns and content strategyDeliver performance reports for stakeholdersCommunity engagement & AdvocacyCreate interactive campaigns that spark customer/partner engagementGrow and manage online communities across social and professional platformsActivate brand advocates and encourage two-way conversationsMonitor sentiment and leverage real-time social listening and reputation management to enhance brand reputationYour ProfileDegree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or similarMin. 3/5 years’ experience in digital marketing, content or communicationsProven experience with analytics, SEO and campaign performance toolsStrong copywriting and storytelling for web and social mediaProficient with CMS, design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite,etc) and video editingBusiness fluent in English.
